I don't like flavored coffees as a rule - I want coffee to taste like coffee, not a fruit pastry or what have you. That said, some flavors, when subtle, compliment and enhance the java palate. This is one of them; coconut is present, but not overpowering. Selected it because I have previously enjoyed Lion coffees, and this one is coffee fruit antioxidant enhance. Did not disappoint.

I used to love Starbucks' mocha coconut coffee frappacinos back when they offered those every summer. After they were replaced with other seasonal flavors, I missed my coconut coffee fix. I'm so glad I found Hawaii Coffee company and their coconut coffees! This is the first coconut coffee I've bought from them and I really love the subtle coconut flavor. I couldn't smell any coconut when I first opened the bag, but I definitely taste it! It makes a perfect iced coffee for hot summer mornings. Once I finish this bag I plan on buying the Kona coconut coffee!
