I’ve been ordering the 10% Kona Decaf 2lb bag for a couple of years and always enjoy it as my night-time coffee go to. It has always been a little harsher than the Private Reserve 100% Kona that we enjoy in the morning but a good substitute since caffeine keeps me up at night. But this bag was not just harsher in flavored, it was bitter. I noticed the new label about the beans being from foreign countries now and, since I grew up overseas, that didn’t bother me. But the change in the flavor did. I hope this can be fixed because I really don’t want to have to find a new decaf.

we really prefer grinding our own at home when the time comes, but with lion, there aren't any decaf options in the smaller bags. so when there was a sale on 2 lbs bags we jumped to try this decaf kona blend. i don't think we necessarily seek out the kona at any %--it's makes me feel dry? but this decaf is solid--very comparable to the pre-ground lion decaf we normally get--but a lot more aromatic as we get to grind it when we need it.

So satisfying, I don’t miss caffeinated at all, well not much ?
