I expected a smoother, lighter roasted coffee I remember ordering and enjoying years ago. Not the same. Curious as to whether the roasting process has changed in the interim. For the future, I'll be searching for a Lion Coffee that is a medium to light roast.

Cafe Honolulu is my favorite Lion coffee. It's a great roast for someone who likes a coffee with a bolder flavor but not super strong. I recently had some sent to my sister who normally likes dark roasts, she and her husband both love it. He asked why we don't ever buy this
