FAQ
1. How do I update payment info?
Sign into your account and click on PAYMENT METHODS. Here you can edit/delete/add new payment cards. After updating your card, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You will also need to change your payment information with your active subscriptions.
2. How do I update my billing/shipping info?
To update your billing address you will need to sign in, click on PAYMENT METHODS, and edit the address on the card you wish to update. To add a new shipping address, click on ADDRESSES. Here you will be able to edit/delete/add a new address. Next, click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You will also need to update your address information with your active subscriptions.
3. Why can’t I see my subscription? (mobile device users)
Please be sure to log into your account on a computer/laptop. Currently you cannot access your subscription information on mobile devices. Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS to view your active subscriptions.
4. How can I pause my Aloha Break shipment?
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. Here you will be able to SEND NOW/CHANGE DATE/SKIP ORDER.
5. How do I cancel my subscription?
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You will see the option “Cancel Subscription” and “Pause Subscription” under each item you are subscribed to.
6. How do I add other items to my subscription?
Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You will be able to change the quantity and frequency under each subscription product.
7. How do I add an additional item(s) as a one-time purchase to my upcoming subscription order?
Select the item and quantity you wish to add to your upcoming shipment. Click on “Add this to my subscription order”.
8. Why can’t I create a subscription for case rate items?
Case rate items are not available by subscription at this time.
9. Why was my Aloha Break order split? I have been charged shipping twice!
This happens occasionally, even computers make mistakes! We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please reach out to let us know and we will combine the orders and refund the necessary shipping amount.
